Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

    Distributor Management:

  • Distribution management through monitoring distributor's performance based on agreed business plan and monitoring distributor's health check points e.g. financial capabilities.
  • Target (volume) Delivery:

  • Ensuring target achievement by following DSR's FCS on strong basis and also against the set KPIs & sharing them with all stakeholders.
  • Company Policy Adherence at Distribution:

  • Administer the team in such a manner that all the activities and daily sales procedures are being conducted under the umbrella of Company's COBP. Maintaining the safe working environment by following the company's guidelines.
  • Effective Coverage:

  • Effective coverage by choosing the right RTM model for the area and reviewing the alignment of PJPs in ULTRA.
  • Next Gen Deliverables:

  • Support the AM in distributor capability building-through JBP.
  • Sales Planning & development of execution strategy.
  • Channels understanding
  • Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the distributor's sales representatives as well as regional sales team including AM, ROM and RSM to develop customers, strengthen the KPIs and build teams to achieve the targets.
  • Daily monitoring and business development by forecasting sales, escorting customer in formulation of joint business plan and monitoring DSR's performance.
  • Constructing strong Customer Services practices by resolving customer and consumer complains, conducting trade meetings at distributor level and ensuring that TMs and DSRs are visiting the PJPs.
  • Supervise claims prepared by the distributor through proper adherence to Trade Offer terms and conditions and random checks of cash memos.
  • Develop a strong communication network among the Head Office, Regional Sales Office and the Distribution.
  • Obtaining competition activities & market feedbacks through DSRs and sharing them with stack holders.
  • Effective team building through on job coaching and efficient tools like FCS.
  • Ensuring implementation of merchandising activities as per company's guidelines.
  • Ensure product quality within distributor's warehouse and stock delivered on trade level.
  • Responsible for proper handling of customer's complaints with solutions.
  • Asset management and Audit control by record maintenance of company assets, assets audit and random stock audit.

  • Oriented with Hand Held Terminals (HHTs)
  • Strong grasp of Office Automation Softwares (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

  • Strong leadership skills-inspiring personality.
  • Academic Profile:

  • MBA from any recognized institution of Pakistan or abroad
  • (If in Pakistan then preferably; LUMS; IBA; LSE; CBM; SZABIST; Bahria; GC University; IBA Sukkur; B Zakria University and Institute of Management Sciences).
  • Desired Work Experience & Age Limit:

  • 1-2 years of experience of field sales
  • 24 to 30 years
