Key Responsibilities: - Prepare a monthly plan for the store to achieve category-wise and SKU-wise volume targets.
- Ensure On Shelf Availability, Shelf Share, Visibility and merchandizing standards with the help of Sales Push Team.
- Coordinate with Company Supply Chain and Metro Store Operations to ensure timely stock replenishment and manage operational issues at run time.
- Ensure in-store category leadership for Company through relationship management.
- Develop quarterly volume plan for Metro Karachi through coordination with KAM and Store Operations to achieve volume targets by category.
- Manage sales mix to ensure sustainable and competitive growth.
- Manage Sales Push Team to ensure compliance to all Sales fundamentals KPIs.
- Operational issues handling, e.g. reasons for non-delivery of stocks.
- Maintain liaison with KAM and Customer Marketing Teams, reporting any information relating to trade/customer activity that could affect business. Also be responsible for implementing and executing brand plans agreed by said teams.
- To achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for Metro Karachi Store. This will include ensuring in-store dominance through achieving Sales Fundamental KPIs.
- Liaison with Metro Store Operations and CD team to ensure sales are achieved in line with sales policies and strategies.
- Leading execution of brand plans and strategies inside the store.
- Managing Company - Metro relationship on a daily basis.
