| Job Description:To develop and implement all HR, FLAD and ER strategies at the factory and work with the manufacturing team to get maximum output from the workforce at the factory location in a seamless manner without any disruption. |

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the ER Strategies in coordination with the Head of ER.
- Manage approximately 300+ unionized employees.
- Secure the right climate and working environment within the factory with the unionized employees and management. Build relationship with union and facilitate business/process improvements through union discussions
- Lead Policy Deployment
- Address employee grievances and ensure that the engagement levels of the factory are very high with full motivation.
- Lead in a seamless manner the outsourcing at site and ensure zero non-compliances with law or Unilever Global Labour Standards.
- Handle all ER and legal issues of the plant as per strategic requirement.
- Ensure that the overall discipline and work culture of the plant is of high order and that all standing orders and practices are implemented in true spirit.
- Creating a smooth interface between management and CBA in order to implement all business thrusts on time in the desired manner addressing the concerns of all relevant stakeholders ( Unions and management of the factories, legal representatives and government institutions).
- Manage the CSR agenda at the Site.
- Handle litigation cases related to the IR Acts / Factory Act of the plant.
- Participate in the Federation meetings
- Ensure all the relevant tools such as Peoplelink online, PDP, Performance Culture etc are cascaded to the management/ factory staff at site.
- Ensure the team produces desired results on capability development, discipline and manpower planning and Service Providers.
- Drive capability development roadmap of the factory as an Education & Training lead.
- Ensure regular skill gap analysis and identify training & development needs for factory staff at the plant location.
- Implement the performance feedback system to strengthen the performance culture in the factory.
- Drive the Engagement initiatives at the plant aimed at enhancing the productivity at the factory.
- Ensure discipline (including safety discipline) at the site by keeping the track of each individuals disciplinary performance and initiating any corrective measures wherever required (show cause, charge sheet etc).
- Focus on the LTO's (License to Operate) for the management and come up with creative ways of encouraging people to use LMS.
- Ensure timely and relevant nominations for the training are sent.
