Support technical projects, product development and ensure strategic improvement in operation excellence to deliver customer product requirements in full, on time, as per agreed quality, in the most cost effective manner and as per good manufacturing practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage and build a highly empowered and motivated production team to achieve production target and objectives. Create a team culture driven by objective, goals and KPI’s. Encourages team discussion to help produce collective solutions through acting as positive role model and leading from the front despite obstacles/barriers. Ensure actions are in place and executed to achieve business strategic direction. Manage the entire production facility and ensure high safety standards. Understand current and future Customer requirements and lead developments and improving of the product and processes. Support and provide technical guidance, where necessary, to internal project management team. Defining and implementing processes to ensure full control for the production activities. Seeking and be a source for knowledge of Good manufacturing practices. Ensure safe working practices and conditions are in place for the health and safety of the plant personnel, factory in general and the Environment. Establish appropriate safety standards that relates to the best in the technology. Leading and achieving production excellence through optimizing operation and minimizing all possible waste resulting into cost reduction. To assure the production of a Quality product by meet the standard production specification and implement the different global quality processes as per agreements. Support and ensure the readiness of the right capabilities to meet the new and any change in customer needs and new technologies. Budget and control actual factory expenses, Utilities, man power productivity & material wastage to achieve business excellence. Ensure adequate training and development program for the staff to carry out the production efficiently, effectively and safely. Promoting staff and creating opportunities for higher or lateral responsibilities within the plant. Building a continual improvement & learning culture to improve the performance. Have a proper up to date succession plan through the organization chart for business sustainability. Ensure adherence to Master Production Schedule and to deliver it in full and on time. Follow up on plans execution of improvement and maximizing performance of operation. Ensure the quality of the products produced strictly conform to the set specifications. Address all customer complaints and implement the corrective actions in a timely manner. Preventive measures to be planned to avoid potential customer complaints. Have a roll in the business development plan by sharing the right, cost effective and efficient plant yearly budget. Support proposals and liaison with internal & external departments for trials, new investments and improvement projects and monitor their effectiveness. Support the hazard analysis exercises Ensure effective sustainable action plans to close customer complaints, internal and external audit issues.   Core Skills Required:   Ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment.
