Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure profitable growth through efficient deployment of the brand campaigns.
  • Lead the development of the Brand Marketing Plan based on the approved National Category Building Plan.
  • Ensure the innovation / communication mix hits the market seamlessly and a comprehensive plan supports the launch.
  • Delivery of Market Share, UVG, gross margin responsibility, while efficiently managing the A&P budget.
  • Be the face of the brand in front of all 3P agencies including media, creative, outdoor and activation agencies.
  • Ensure strong plans are in place to strengthen brand's market share.
  • Maintain regular interaction with Brand Development team to influence and ensure innovation based on local insights and opportunities.
  • Focus on ROMI and ensure all brand and trade spending is managed efficiently.
