Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall smooth sales operations; lead distribution team; ensure reasonable inventory levels, claim processing and target achievement
  • Ensure distribution handling.
  • Drive More Stores agenda and ensure flawless service.
  • Ensure target achievement and volume growth.
  • Drive numeric and weighted distribution of product portfolio.
  • Lead and develop the Distributor Sales Force.
