Key Responsibilities: - Total responsible of Sales Operations & Execution of Store Level activities at both channels USC and CSD.
- Responsible for delivery of National Accounts SOP numbers.
- Consistent delivery of key KPIs:
- Sales Tracking & Monitoring.
- Volumes / Target tracking.
- Record Management (Invoice Réconciliation / OTS etc).
- Plan o gram & POS implementation.
- Monitoring and Reporting of Competition Activities.
- Sales Force Management.
- Designing / implementation of affective PJPs for Merchandisers.
- Strong follow up & Coordination with Team & Regional colleagues.
- Quality & speedy Execution of initiatives agreed by UL & USC / CSD in the stores assigned and ensuring promotional sell-out.
- Great Relationship with Management of USC / CSD.
- Market competitor update & intelligence on monthly basis for all key stake holders.
