Transform business unit strategy into 7-step procurement strategy. To Ensure alignment between business objectives and procurement objectives. To be responsible for delivering short and long-term sustainable benefits for the BU. Ensure smooth and regular communication flow between BU and Global/zone/regional/local procurement to facilitate timely decision making. Initiate, track and facilitate cross-functional projects (above product level). Communicate issues arising between BU and zone/regional/local procurement to HOP. Provide the Business with regular reports on progress of Projects and Results. Coordinate and follow-up within the Procurement Organizations on actions and projects.   KPI & Dimensions:   Achievement of cost/savings targets & deadlines agreed with business Strategy Summaries agreed & signed off with business Internal Stakeholder Survey Result Skill & Knowledge:   Ability to communicate internally and externally at various levels of hierarchy Presentation skills Excellent communication & presentation skills in English/Urdu.
